2025 Vendor Applications will close April 4th
Tomato Art Fest has been uniting fruits and vegetables since 2003/2004. The annual festival attracts people from all over with fun-themed art, local music, delicious food, costumes, wacky contests, shopping, kids activities, & more.
The 2025 Tomato Art Fest will take place on Friday, August 8 and Saturday, August 9 in Historic East Nashville’s Five Points.
The festival and concert are free to attend, welcoming to all, and costumes are encouraged. Additionally, there are a few official ticketed festival events that are optional.
Vendor Hours of Operation
Friday, August 8, 2025
5 PM - 10 PM
-The Friday portion of the event only activates on S 11th Street between Woodland and Russell. If accepted into the Friday portion you will stay in the same location for Saturday.
Saturday, August 9, 2025
9 AM - 7 PM
- This is the day the whole festival footprint will activate.
Pricing:
Artist: $450 (Tomato Art Fest provides a 10' x 10' space)
Local Artisan Business Space: $725 (Tomato Art Fest provides a 10' x 10' space)
Food Vendor/Truck: 15% of sales at the event.
--Tomato Art Fest will collect a non-refundable deposit of $400 upon acceptance into Tomato Art Fest. This deposit is applied toward your percentage of sales. At the end of the event, food vendors will need to provide a gross sales report via email. In the event 15% of your gross sales exceeds the deposit amount, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance. Failure to provide your sales report at the end of the event will result in denial of applications for future events.
